Common Questions or Needs:

  • I can’t access my ENTRE Institute or Entresoft account.

  • I have misplaced/forgotten my ENTRE Institute and/or Entresoft password.

  • I need to update my ENTRE Institute password

  • I don’t recall my username for ENTRE Institute.


Overview: 

    ENTRE Institute Password Reset:

  • Did you forget your ENTRE Institute password?

    • Go to my.entreinstitute.com

    • Click 'Forgot Password'

    • Enter your current username/email (the one you used to sign up with ENTRE) and click 'Send Verification' once you've completed the reCAPTCHA to verify that you're not a robot

    • Check your email and click 'Reset Password'

    • Enter your new password and confirm your new password

    • Once you've confirmed your password, click on 'Reset Password' to save your changes.

    • You can now log into http://my.entreinstitute.com/ with your NEW updated password!

      • Please remember to either write down your new password or keep it in a safe place that you'll remember for next time!


    ENTRE Institute Password Update:

  • If you need to change/update your password for ENTRE Institute:

    • Login here using your current username/email (the one you used to sign up with ENTRE) and password

    • Navigate to your account settings  

    • Input current password

    • Input new password (click on “i” icon for password requirements)

    • Click on 'Save Changes' and your password will be updated

    • You may now log into http://my.entreinstitute.com/ with your NEW updated password


    ENTRE Institute Username Update:

  • You can change your username in your ENTRE account at any time once logged into ENTRE Institute:

    • Login here using your current username/email (the one you used to sign up with ENTRE) and password

    • Navigate to your account settings 

    • Click on 'Change Username'

    • Enter in your NEW username and click on 'Change Username' once you've decided

    • If you are a referral partner with ENTRE, please read the WARNING message on the screen before proceeding. If you are good to go, you may proceed to change your username
