When will I receive my refund?
What if my payment was voided?
Overview:
If you have received confirmation of an approved refund request, you can expect to receive the funds within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
If your transaction was voided, it will simply drop from your account within 7-10 business days.
Feel free to reach back out to our Support team if at least 10 business days have passed since you have received confirmation of your refund or transaction void from our Support team.
