  • How do I get my module unlocked?


Overview: 

  • Why am I locked out?

    • In most cases, this is super easy to solve! Modules are kept locked until you complete the module review call for relevant modules.

  • Who do I reach out to?

    • Please contact your Specialist for module unlocking:

      • Module unlocking

        • Once a module is complete, please schedule a module review call for that module (Ex: if you have completed Module 1, you would schedule a Module 1 review call).

        • You may schedule module review calls (with your specialist) from your account.

        • You may contact support to assist in scheduling your module review call. at support@entreinstitute.com or call us at 844-552-8801 (8am-5pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday).

        • Once you have attended the module review call, your specialist will be able to unlock the next module for completion (repeat the above steps throughout Implementation Bootcamp for module unlocking).
