What if my videos don't play?
Overview:
Sometimes this happens! We recommend clearing your browser cache/cookies and try again.
If the issue persists, please send a screenshot or video of your screen to support@entrenation.com and our technical support team will help you get this resolved as soon as they can!
How to clear cache and cookies in Chrome:
Step 1: Locate the three little dots in top right corner of Google Chrome
Step 2: Hover over “More tools” in the drop down menu and select “Clear browsing data”
Step 3: Check the three checkboxes and click “Clear data”
Step 4: Log out of your Entre account and then log back in to see if the video plays, if not please send a screenshot or video of your screen to techsupport@entrenation.com
