Q: When do Cohorts start?
A: All 8-week AI-Powered Implementation Coaching Cohorts start the week of January 29th.
Q: How long are the Homebase Cohort Calls?
Homebase Cohort Calls (mandatory coaching calls) meet every week on the same day/time for 8 straight weeks. They will be one hour in duration.
Q: How do I sign up for a cohort?
A: You will need to register for your cohort based on the dates available. To sign up, navigate to AI Coaching > Start Here. Within the Start Here section, you'll find the available dates to sign up for. We recommend reviewing ALL available dates to ensure that you choose the right one for your schedule. Since cohort spots are limited, please choose the cohort date that you are able to commit to the 8 weeks that your cohort will be in session.
Q: I've registered, now what?
A: You should receive an email moments after they register with all their cohort information. This email will include your meeting link as well as information on their community group, and the option to add/save it to their calendar. If you do not see an email, be sure to check your spam folder first.
You will also receive a reminder email a few days before your cohort starts.
Q: I signed up for the wrong cohort date or I need to change my cohort date, what should I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing support@entreinstitute.com with the subject line "AI Cohort Change Request".
Cohorts are filling up and have limited spots, so it is important to do your best to choose a cohort that you can commit to. That being said, we know that life happens and upon notification, we will do our very best to accommodate your request with what’s available!
Q: I’ve requested to join my cohort group and I’ve been waiting to be let in, when will I be accepted?
We started approving members on January 24, 2024. The cohorts don’t begin until the week of January 29, 2024. The coaching team sent an email out to all of the students who have booked in a cohort which includes information regarding their resources and an invitation to their community group!
Q: I have requested to join my AI/cohort group multiple times and have not been added, how can I get in?
Please be patient - The team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure each student is in the right place! If you haven’t seen any movement, be sure to check your email as the team may have tried to contact you regarding your cohort.
Q: How can I see the Learning Lab schedule?
To see the Learning Labs schedule, please navigate to the AI Learning Labs section which can be found under the AI Coaching section in the top menu bar.
Q: How long are the Learning Lab sessions?
AI Learning Labs will run for one hour in duration. (Not mandatory, but strongly encouraged). There are 5 AI Learning Lab calls each week through the 8 weeks.
