Here is a quick how-to on creating a DMARC record so your email can remain compliant according to Google and Yahoo's Sender Recommendations starting Feb 2024:

  1. First, you will need to log into your Domain Registrar (GoDaddy, Squarespace (formerly Google Domains), Namecheap, etc.)
  2. Go to the DNS Records section of your Domain
  3. Create a TXT Record
  4. Use the following:
    1. Type: “TXT”
    2. Name: “_dmarc”
    3. Content: “v=DMARC1; p=reject"
  5. Save and exit your DNS Records
  6. To verify everything is correct, please visit Dmarcian and put in your dedicated domain: https://dmarcian.com/domain-checker/ (Enter in exactly as your dedicated domain shows in Entresoft. Example "mail.mydomain.com")
